Polite, and professional staff. Super friendly and welcoming as well. Overall very warm, relaxing and stress free experience. Great selection of frames and amazing service for contact lenses. I've been using glasses for over a decade and this is the best optimitrist office I've been to.

Wish I would have found her sooner all the money I wasted at Walmart eye care, I called Walmart for an eye appointment and they don't have an eye doctor they called around Walmart called around and found this eye doctor for me how awesome is that kudos for Walmart thanks for the new eye doctor that's just unheard of I'm so happy the ladies at Walmart found me an eye doctor went out till I can't see no more LOL have a great day give her a try you'll love her Valerie is awesome she explains everything so detailed happy-go-lucky always smiling and laughing and you feel like you know her forever you want to regret if you need someone to give you an eye exam she's the best in my opinion highly recommend her! ;)

Everyone was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. From the time I walked in the door and throughout my entire visit it was a great experience. The doctor was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff was super friendly. I got in quick and was able to get my order in for my glasses within minutes along with my insurance covered and discounts. It’s not super big but it reminded me of my hometown - warmth, nostalgia, and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll be getting all my glasses from here now. <3

The front desk staff at Killeen Vision was very friendly, professional and checked me in quickly for my appointment on 12/31/2025. Dr. Martin-Ellis was very informative and patient with me. I love the way I was treated. She even assisted me with putting in my new contact lenses! Killeen Vision will be my permanent optometrist!!!
